He and Jessica made this lovely sign. Let's play a game: Can you find the word "Lemonade"?! They had such a good time making it!
I had them make another sign that was a little less intricate so that people could actually see what they were selling:
Here is little Abbie. She reminds me of Madeline from the books..I love her little hat!
It was a total family ordeal. Me, Andy, Ethan, Lainey, Rumi, Greg, Jessica, and Abbie.
We tried to get Lainey to smile for the picture, but she was just too busy.
Luckily this cicada stayed put! It was just chilling on a tree branch near where we were selling the lemonade.
It did however decide to hang upside down after awhile...Ewww!
P.S. If you ever see kids out selling lemonade, please stop and buy a cup of the stuff. Even if you don't drink it, still just buy some. You will make their day! I STILL remember selling lemonade and having bake sales with my cousin Jenny. They are great memories.

you're right!....ethan will have such good memories of having a lemonade stand. every kid should experience it at least once! (maybe you can expand to bagels and bowls of candy like i've seen in slc!) and you do look FANTASTIC sweetie!
That bug is gross! I love the lemonade stand! Your a nice mom to finally cave and do it. I tell my kids to go to their friends house and ask their mom. Is that bad?
