I swear, bugs of any sort whether they be a spider, locust, cicada (pictured above), you name it, they will land on me. It is like I am putting of some radar that says "hey, Annie hates you so let's play a fun little game and land on her so we can hear her scream." There isn't a day that goes by that some kind of pest or another decides to play this little game. There are definite pluses about living in a sub-tropical environment, but the bugs are surely not one of them. Just today while jogging with Mio and Lainey..(okay, I might be exaggerating a BIT, I was not jogging, it was a brisk walk) a huge freaking flying beetle thing lands on the stroller scaring me to death. Tonight while searching outside for Ethan another big black flying bug almost socks me on the forehead. The rest of the day I feel like I am being assaulted by little critters whether it's in my imagination or not. I think I might start wearing some sort of protective gear..do you think I would get looks if I were to wear a fencing mask and apparel? Ebay here I come!

Apparently, you send out a signal to attract the bugs ( I know how you feel, I atract crazy humans). I haven't got rid of my problem, so i have NO advice to help with yours! I like you would totally still be a MILF if you wore fencing gear :)
i SWEAR that it is blonde hair. have i ever told you the story of what happened to heather in the line at the stila warehouse?? so freaking funny, remind me- if not. but seriously, i am not kidding that its the hair...i guess blondes DONT have more fun! you are much braver than i am... if "a huge freaking flying beetle thing" landed on my stroller i think that i would have left my child.
Ok, I don't mean to laugh....because I know that it seriously freaks you out...but a "bug radar." You poor damn thing! At least after having lived in Japan, when you come back the bugs here will be no big deal! Keep that thought...
omg...as many times as i was the "brave one" to kill spiders and earwigs in our home, I ABSOLUTELY HATE BUGS TOO!! so i think you get that from me.....and i have no words of support to help you. i still remember going over to grammy gsyle's and franko's, and having those SCARY "june bugs" flying all around the porch at us! aughhhh...they are so creepy. i hate bugs!! (by the way, this is mom.)
