Andy and I thought this would be a fun picture to put up. Most everyone here in Okinawa hangs their laundry out to dry. Only us wasteful/energy depleting Americans use dryers!
I know that this is not going to be a shock to most of you, but I honestly thought that pineapples grew on trees! I had no idea they actually grew on bushes until a few months ago...I know, poor poor Annie..

YUMMY! You never told me there was a pineapple park- we are so going there when i come...my mouth is watering right now. hehe- could you even imagine how heavy the branches would be on the pineapple tree?? you are so cute, annashmell :)
you guys have done so many fun things on Okinawa...what great photos as usual...(and yes, sweetie, i used to think the same thing about pineapples!) oops...genetics.
Ok I'm going to be completely honest here and then REGRET it the moment I hit send... But I always assumed they grew on trees too. HA! Leave it to Breck to be logistic and point out how that just makes no sense at all. Who's the smarty pants now?!?!?
